All payment information is handled securely through a trusted third-party platform. Your personal information is never shared or sold and is only stored as needed to complete your transaction.
Shipping Policy
All orders require a processing time of 5–7 business days before shipment. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped. Shipping typically takes 1–4 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Desired Hair Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) directly to file a claim.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and cannot be refunded once processed. If you would like to request an exchange, please email desiredhaircloset@gmail.com. A 5% fee will be applied to all approved exchanges.
Fraud Policy
Desired Hair Closet has zero tolerance for credit card fraud. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder. Any fraudulent activity will be reported and may be referred to a collection agency.
